The French Quarter seemed like it was coming
back to life. The city itself seems still in shock.
There is a lot of repair going on, that is a good sign.
We visited the 9th Ward and St. Barnard Parish,
Wow there is so much undone about that part of town.
Lots of rebuilding but not nearly enough.
