Leaving Detroit January 16th

The House Sold on January 3rd to a wonderful couple
Ron and Danielle Griffin and their beautiful family.
We are so happy for them, they got a beatiful house.
(around 11 months later they lost it for non-payment)
It sold at auction for $75,000 in 2007.

Now it's time to get on the road for
the adventure of a lifetime.
Tony had to rinse down the RV with warm water
in order to get the satellite dish to come down.
It was 21 degrees when we left.

Well, the house sold but went into foreclosure before the year was out and the Griffin's lost it. It sold a year later for $77,000 down from $220,000 what a bummer. Griffin lost his job and couldn't get the mortgage company to lower the payment. They moved back to Bloomfield Hills with parents.

We pass by the old homestead every once in a while and it looks like someone is taking care of it. Bless our Muirland house. Our house on wheels is magnificent.
